Tial was leading a mission to the planet Conco. The enemy took this planet from her people several decades ago and the high command needed to know about the space based activity there, how many ships there were, what state of repair they were in, how fast they were being repaired... They also wanted to know what was going on in those areas that looked like game preserves. Tial thought she knew this. She was there when the enemy first attacked her people and she saw how they killed anyone they took captive.
